Copy the build parameters from ArchLinuxARM
...
The options to build the itb image as well as the generation of
an empty bootloader has been copied from the ArchLinuxARM build
script at

Better build of the default root image
...
The image contains locales with the current system locales available
and cleans up the apt cache.

Allow dynamic image size without having to find the last usable sector.
...
GPT secondary table starts at LBA - 34 and the second partition can
thus be ended there.

Update of build script and FIT config

- Use a root.tar.gz file if existing instead of debootstrap (quicker)
- Copy FIT from InstallingDebianOn/Asus/C201
- Fixed various path errors
- Dated image filename
- Improved cleanup
