The USB connector should be upgraded from USB-A to a new USB-C connector.

The following boards can be used as inspiration on how the wiring is done.

  • The BasketWave keyboard has a GCT USB4085 USB C port on a ATmega32A microcontroller.
  • The DuckyPad has an USB C port on a STM32F072 microcontroller
